Estoy encantado con la atención recibida por parte de Arancha en Visual-Click Óptica Princesa. Tuvo mucha paciencia ayudándome en la elección de la montura (finalmente unas Persol, gran acierto) y también recomendándome los cristales Zeiss, cuya calidad premium se nota desde el primer momento.

Además, me dejó dos monturas antiguas prácticamente como nuevas para poder tenerlas como gafas de reserva, algo que valoro muchísimo.

Pero sobre todo quiero destacar su trato humano. Estuvo muy atenta con mi hijo Martín en todo momento para que no se agobiase dentro de la tienda.

Para mí representa la mezcla perfecta entre una gran profesional de la venta y una persona con una enorme calidez humana. Sin duda volveré y la recomendaré.

Un mois de retard suite au délais annoncé

Great customer service, glasses were delayed but shipped soon after they were available. Very good quality and original product. Read a few bad reviews so I was hesitant earlier, but I am glad I experienced it for myself and enjoyed it. I ordered the mui mui sunnies!

Although my order got me correctly, I was confused and dissatisfied by the website. Since my order was delayed by several weeks (its my understanding it was an issue with production) but I was unclear why my order never showed up on my customer profile. The website told me a few times it was not found despite the fact that I received a confirmation email. This caused me a bit of anxiety and think that needs improvement from Visual-click.

*** 1.Purchased on 2024-12-01 and received the sunglasses on 2024-12-30. Delayed for a long time.

*** 2.There are four deep scratches on the sunglasses. I have sent Visual-Click.com the pictures of defective product and a unboxing video, but they don't respond.

*** 3.I returned the defective sunglasses, and have been charged a fixed cost of *** € and an additional costs with the customs. If you don’t buy something, you still have to pay for it.

The delay was too much!

Honestly, I was pretty hesitant on ordering from here, but after taking the chance and ordering from visual-click. I'm so happy with my glasses and will definitely be coming back for any future purchases. The turn around isn't bad coming from EU to US so be patient for anyone else ordering.
