What a great service Mecha Universe offers! Everything always arrives as it should, speedy and well-packaged. I've been ordering for a while now and they keep meeting my expectations, making me a very happy, returning customer. If anything, I would like to see some of the newest models being offered early-on, but, truth be told, that's not really a problem - there are so many of the oldest ones available, that I always have my hands full!

I've made a couple of purchases and they all have been great, the shipment and packaging is excelent, I appreacciate the stickers and letters. The only thing I think needs more work is the "NEW ARRIVALS" page, as not all items are left the same time in the page.
A usefull feature would be to receive an e-mail when a re-stock week happens.

En general me gusta la página web, tanto en el amplio catálogo que tiene a disposición como en el mismo diseño de la misma. Si tuviera que quejarme de algo seria sobre el pequeño "error" que ocurre cuando luego de añadir un producto al carro de forma directa (el botón amarillo) si vuelves a cargar la página este añade otro mismo producto de forma automática. Si bien esto se puede solucionar quitando las copias no deseadas en el carrito, es algo muy molesto que dependiendo de la situación puede frustrar bastante la experiencia al comprar. Y otra queja menor sería que se ampliase el catálogo de los modelos kits de Witch from Mercury con los modelos más recientes que han ido saliendo, aunque entiendo que esto último tiene que ver más con el fabricante.

It's a great place to order Gunplas in the EU. Fast delivery and wide range of Gunplas of every grade. I get HG, a few RGs, and MG already and I won't stop, the boxes came in perfect condition. Also, they have a lot of tools, decals, and stuff for your plamos. Definitely will stay with MechaUniverse, because they are awesome :)

Es una web muy clara respecto a su funcionamiento, es la primera vez que compro un Gumpla y esta fue la tienda online por la que me acabé decantando, por su variedad, claridad y el sistema de puntos.

Good variety of in stock ganpla models. A little bit pricy but that's understandable given the customs fees and taxes.

Everything is well packed and came to address safe and sound.

Having Bandai's MS Buiders parts line in stock would be a nice supplement to current gunpla models. As well as Little Armory 1/12 weapons models which are perfect supplement for the RG models.
And having in stock Kotobukia's Frame Arms Girls models line would be perfect.

Easy to navigate website and professional customer service!

All good, but some items and tools have been unavailable for too long, the only thing that will improve is the availability of the items. You could enter a sort of range of the period that you have to wait before it becomes available again.
