Como siempre, MechaUniverse es la mejor opción en cuanto a Gunpla y herramientas para modelismo en general. Siempre tienen todo lo que necesito y la verdad es que probablemente siga siendo mi tienda principal para futuras compras relacionadas. Ojalá sigan llegando kits en tiempo y forma, así mi colección continua creciendo :D

La variedad de kits a buen precio. Y el sistema de puntos para conseguir kits gratuitos me parece muy buena idea.

El servicio es eficaz, está yendo todo sobre lo previsto, la comunicación es buena.. no tengo ninguna queja. La web podría mejorar, ser más intuitiva, que se vieran mejor las categorías y productos, pero es funcional.

I like the website, very easy to navigate, filter and find the kits/tools you want. Which is important as you probably have the best stock of gundam kits in europe. When it came to payment everything was cleat and simple without any confusion. Shipping was fast and without issues and the product arrived a couple of days later. In conclusion I find that there is nothing that can really be improved as everything works very well.

Fast delivery, and good service. The MU type points system is one of the best types of points i have seen. Only improvement could be some of the website UI, such as the restock weeks with how they are out of order and random.
