La verdad que tenía pocas expectativas porque no hay muchas reseñas y creo que se merecen todo que no les hacen justícia. Sobre todo gracias a *** por su paciencia y profesionalidad. Estoy encantada con el servicio, el trato, el precio y la calidad del vehículo. Todo de 15. La única pega que no tenéis vehículos en Córdoba pero seguro que cambiará pronto. Hasta próxima :)

The booking process was extremely easy and transparent, with clear pricing and no hidden fees. Communication was prompt and professional — I received all the necessary information in time, and my questions were answered quickly.

Made the booking online which was so simple, I had to make 2 amendments later a later date and they were both dealt with by *** . He made the amendments correctly first time and came back to confirm they were done and that I was completely satisfied. Arrived at Alicante airport and made my way to the pick up point. Minibus arrived shortly and taken to the rental office. Small queue to wait, but all renal agents were with clients. Got dealt with quickly, they knew we were due to arrive, I supplied my license and paid, then was taken out to the car given a quick walk round and shown controls and left, all within 30 minutes of clearing passport control. We had the car for 10 days and did not have any issues at all. When we returned the car, it was taken from us promptly and then we were taken immediately to the airport terminal.We will book through *** again. *** was excellent dealing with my enquiries and dealing with my amendments. Excellent Experience from *** and at the rental location.
