I had a very frustrating experience renting this storage unit.

First of all, there is no transparent pricing on the website, and there is no English version at all. As a non-Spanish speaker, this already creates unnecessary barriers and confusion.

Payment is another serious issue. I cannot connect my Spanish bank account and can only pay by card. Even worse, the link to enter card details was sent via SMS instead of email, which looks extremely unprofessional and honestly feels unsafe, almost like a scam.

The staff experience was poor. The first employee I dealt with did not speak English at all, could not clearly explain the prices for the units, and repeatedly tried to quote me different prices, which felt misleading. I was genuinely relieved when she left.
Fortunately, another employee took over and made an effort to communicate in English. Thanks to her, I eventually signed the contract. Without her help, I would have walked away.

The price is extremely high. I previously rented a storage unit farther from the city center that was four times cheaper and of better quality than this one.

I also do not understand why I must pay separate insurance based on the unit value. It feels like an attempt to charge extra at every possible step.

There is a promotion for the first month for 1 euro, but after all the additional fees, I actually paid more for the first month than I will for the second, which is very misleading.

The access hours are inconvenient. Closing at 9:00 PM is too early for many people.

Overall, the entire process gave me the constant feeling that I was being overcharged and misled at every step. Messages sent via WhatsApp are ignored, which makes communication even worse.
