Bei der Abholung der Tickets wurde mir eine Route empfohlen, welche ich bis zum Timeslot Nasridenpalast, gehen kann - hat perfekt gepasst.

Das Buchen ging einfach und am Tag selbst hat alle geklappt. Rosa hat uns auf deutsch geführt. Das war ganz klasse! Fast 4 Stunden hat sie uns Generalife und die Alhambra gezeigt, erklärt . Sie hat mit Wissen und Freundlichkeit bei uns gepunktet! Alles war top, weiter so Rosa!

La excursión es maravillosa, la arquitectura es hermosa, y Fernando nuestro guía nos explicó todo con muchísima claridad.

Our visit was great! We very much enjoyed Nadia! She was very knowledgeable and had a sense of humor. We were never rushed, but the time went by very fast. We would definitely recommend a guided tour for this as there was so much information we would never have known without her.

Our guide was great! He answered all our questions and told us the great story about Alhambra.

Wir hatten eine Führung auf Deutsch gebucht, welche dann aufgrund zu geringer Teilnehmer, auf Englisch durchgeführt wurde. Unsere Gruppe hatte in Summe 13 Teilnehmer.
Zeitgleich startete aber eine kleinere Gruppe mit uns auf deutscher Sprache, auf die wir aus organisatorischen Gründen nicht umsteigen konnten. Schlechte Organisation und schlechte Planung! Hier gibt es noch einiges an Verbesserungspotenzial.

Visita muy completa y entretenida. Nuestro guía, Emilio, fue súper agradable y atento y nos ayudó mucho con el bebé. Su inglés es de 10.

Absolutely wonderful tour. Emilio, our guide, was super knowledgeable about the history of the area and Alhambra. I would definitely recommend everybody to go to Alhambra with a guide, and I would sincerely recommend Alhambraonline (Granavision). I was sceptical of the website first, because website is Alhambraonline and I could not find any reviews about this company on *** or other similar websites. So first I was worried it might be a scam tour. After some research I realized the company behind the website is Granavision, and they are a legitimate company for whom I could find good reviews. Then I decided to book it. The staff in the welcome centre (meeting point of the tour) were very friendly and accommodating.
