Es war sehr schwer die Reiseführerin zu verstehen. Ihr deutsch war relativ gut, aber durch die schlechte Qualität der Lautsprecher könnte ich höchstens die Hälfte verstehen. Das ging auch anderen aus der Gruppe so. Das was ich verstanden habe war interessant.

Wir hatten Tickets für die Alhambra inklusive Nasridenpalast vorgebucht. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert

Die Organisation war sehr gut, aber die Führung war etwas langweilig und weniger informativ, als gedacht.

The guide itself was very well done. For me, it was difficulty to find out how to download and purchase the guide. I had bought the entry tickets separately, and when I tried to find the audio guide it took me a long time.

Professionalità e competenza della guida

Eine sehr schöne, interessante Führung. Die Anlage ist fantastisch und sehr gut gepflegt. Unser Guide Frances brillierte mit umfangreichem Wissen über die Alhambra und das historische Umfeld. Wir können einen Besuch mit einer Führung nur empfehlen.

The tour itself was terrific. The tour guide was well-informed and answered questions knowledgably. He also organized the tour so that those who did not buy entry to the Palaces saw everything they would first before we went into the Palaces within our allotted time.
However, finding where to meet was very hard especially considering there are so many different tour groups going into the AlHambra and I did not want to miss the entry time we were originally told (no e-mail was sent by the night before changing the time) so I assumed I could potentially be late. Better directions would be appreciated in order to differentiate between the many different meet-up locations for the many many many different tours happening at once especially as so many people are are coming from different countries who are not speaking Spanish or English.
