Dopo l' importante scossa di terremoto di 4.8 delle ore 10 circa del 18 agosto, il monumento é stato immediatamente chiuso per ispezione. Fino alle ore 1 della notte tra il 18 e il 19, sul sito ufficiale c'erano messaggi sul rimborso dei biglietti ma nessuno sulla situazione (apertura o chiusura) del giorno successivo. Solo al mattino (con vs messaggio WhatsApp delle 9.26), abbiamo appreso della normale apertura, e quindi essendo a 1 ora di auto di distanza e comunque dopo così accurate ispezioni (durate al massimo 22 ore compresa la notte) non ce la siamo sentita di rischiare di fare il viaggio inutilmente oltre alla nostra sicurezza e quella dei nostri figli, pertanto non abbiamo usufruito del vostro servizio. Pur capendo che é una situazione di emergenza, avrebbero potuto essere inviati aggiornamenti più tempestivi.

Bei der Abholung der Tickets wurde mir eine Route empfohlen, welche ich bis zum Timeslot Nasridenpalast, gehen kann - hat perfekt gepasst.

Das Buchen ging einfach und am Tag selbst hat alle geklappt. Rosa hat uns auf deutsch geführt. Das war ganz klasse! Fast 4 Stunden hat sie uns Generalife und die Alhambra gezeigt, erklärt . Sie hat mit Wissen und Freundlichkeit bei uns gepunktet! Alles war top, weiter so Rosa!
