    Buenas tardes, no soy de reseñas y menos aún cuando son negativas, pero ya que quieren mi opinión. Resumiendo, la herramienta que adquirí en su tienda online tardo más de una semana en llegar a mí local cuando según su web la tendría en 3 días laborables, si no recuerdo mal la pedí un lunes y no me llegó hasta el miércoles o jueves de la semana siguiente, por más que me puse en contacto con. Ustedes y la empresa de transporte, solo obtuve disculpas. Lo siento pero tendré que pensarlo para volver a comprar algo de ustedes, gracias.

    I spent more than *** buying several products from Belgastra, and honestly, everything was fine until I needed to return one item because the oven was simply too big and did not fit in my kitchen.

    That’s when the problems started.

    They want to charge me *** plus VAT for the return because, according to them, the original shipping was “free,” so they deduct those costs from my refund. On top of that, I am personally responsible for arranging and paying for the transport of a very large oven weighing more than 80 kg from Spain to the Netherlands.

    This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable customer service after spending so much money with them.

    I would not recommend anyone to buy from this store. It is better to pay a bit more and buy from a trusted store in Spain.

    Another important detail: the website appears to be based in Spain, but the products are actually shipped from countries such as the Netherlands, Germany, and others. And if you need to return something, they force you to send it back to that country at your own expense, while also making you fully responsible for organizing the transport yourself.

    Very disappointed with the overall experience.
